Jessica Crate is an energetic, driven woman, jet setter and duel citizen spanning the coast from the U.S.A. to the Canadian borders. She ran Varsity Track and Cross Country for both A.S.U. and F.S.U. on a Full Academic and Athletic Scholarship. As a former Olympic level Elite Marathon runner, her life changed dramatically after breaking her foot, thrusting her into the biohacking world of prevention. Implementing these new tools, she recovered from injury in half the time to become a World Class triathlete, qualifying to compete for Team USA at 5 consecutive World Triathlon Championships in both ITU and the Ironman 70.3 circuits.

After leaving the medical industry to pursue holistic health and prevention, Jessica now coaches others on biohacking for performance in all areas of life: Body, Mind and Soul. 

As a Lifestyle Entrepreneur, she is the founder, owner of Crate Consulting LLC, International Trainer,  Mental Health Advocate, Philanthropist, Motivational Speaker and C.E.O. of Biohack Global.

Along with being a USATF and Natural Running Coach, Licensed Vibeonix Transformational Coach, Yoga Sports Performance Teacher and Visionary Spokeswoman for LifeVantage, she travels globally speaking on coaching, training, nutrition and her secret to success, while motivating athletes at any level to pursue their passion with the heart of a champion, even in the midst of adversity.
